How can I check the status of my order?
Go to the order tracking page and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. You can also see your orders after signing in to your account.
How can I get a refund?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund, no reason needed.
Email us at contact@getmuslinblanket.com with your order number. You do not need to send the blanket back. We will refund you within 14 days of your message, to the same payment method you used.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location. You will receive a tracking number for every order.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, but only if your order has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible at contact@getmuslinblanket.com with your new address.
How do I use the guarantee?
Our 100-night guarantee means that if your blanket tears or its seams come apart within 100 nights of delivery under normal use, we will replace it with a new one. Email us your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will take care of the rest.
How do I wash a muslin blanket?
Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang it to dry. Avoid the tumble dryer, because high heat can shrink the fabric. Your blanket gets softer with every wash.
