Refund Policy

30-day refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund, no reason needed. This is our store's own refund policy.

You do not need to send the blanket back. You can keep it.

How to request a refund

  • Step 1. Within 30 days of delivery, email contact@getmuslinblanket.com and include your order number.
  • Step 2. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your message, to the same payment method you used.

The refund includes the cost of delivery to you (based on the cheapest delivery option we offer).

100-night guarantee

If your blanket tears or its seams come apart within 100 nights of delivery under normal use, we will replace it with a new one free of charge.

  • Guarantor: LOCALGROWTH Sp. z o.o., ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw, Poland, contact@getmuslinblanket.com.
  • What is covered: tears and split seams in a blanket bought at getmuslinblanket.com that occur under normal use within 100 days of delivery. The guarantee does not cover mechanical damage (for example cuts or burns) or changes caused by washing that does not follow the care label.
  • How to make a claim: email contact@getmuslinblanket.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will reply within 14 days and send you a new blanket at our expense.
  • This guarantee is in addition to, and does not exclude, limit or suspend, any rights you have under applicable law regarding the seller's liability for goods that do not conform to the contract.

Exchanging for a different color or size

If you would like a different color or size, just place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect product

If your blanket arrived damaged or does not match your order, email contact@getmuslinblanket.com and include photos.

We will send you a replacement or refund you, at our cost. You do not need to send the item back.

You are also entitled to remedies for goods that do not conform to the contract (see our Terms of Service for details).

Canceling an order

Want to cancel your order? Email contact@getmuslinblanket.com as soon as possible.

  • If your package has not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and refund you.
  • If your package is already on its way, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery, as described above.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not picked up, or is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order value within 14 days of it arriving back with us.
