Terms of Service of the online store getmuslinblanket.com

1. General provisions

The online store getmuslinblanket.com, available at www.getmuslinblanket.com, is operated by LOCALGROWTH Sp. z o.o., registered office at ul. Szczęsna 26, 02-454 Warsaw, Poland, NIP: 5223223277, REGON: 521762821, EU VAT ID: PL5223223277. Full company details are available in our Legal Notice.

These Terms govern the use of the Store, placing orders, entering into sales contracts, refunds, complaint procedures and the protection of personal data.

2. Definitions

  • Terms: this document.
  • Consumer: a natural person making purchases not related to a business activity.
  • Customer: any person using the Store.
  • Store: the website available at getmuslinblanket.com.
  • Seller: LOCALGROWTH Sp. z o.o.
  • Goods: the products offered in the Store.
  • Order Form: the form used to place an order.
  • Cart: the place where the Customer can manage products before placing an order.

3. Orders and terms of sale

  • By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
  • Prices shown in the Store include import duties, which are paid by the Seller. No duties are charged to the Customer on delivery.
  • We do not currently charge US sales tax. If we become required to collect sales tax in your state, it will be calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
  • Orders can be placed through the form on the website or by email at contact@getmuslinblanket.com.
  • An invoice is issued for every order.

4. Delivery

  • The average delivery time is 7 to 10 business days. Order processing takes 1-2 business days.
  • Deliveries are made on business days only.
  • The Customer receives a tracking number for every order.
  • The Customer must check the package upon receipt.

5. Payments

  • The payment methods offered at checkout apply.

6. Complaints

The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the contract that becomes apparent within 2 years of delivery of the product.

  • The Consumer may request repair, replacement or a price reduction, or may withdraw from the contract.
  • Complaints should be sent by email to contact@getmuslinblanket.com or in writing to the Seller's registered office address.
  • The Seller covers the costs of the complaint, including the cost of delivering a replacement. The Customer does not need to send the product back.

7. Refunds

The Customer may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason, under the Store's own 30-day refund policy. The Customer does not need to send the Goods back. Details are in the Refund Policy.

In addition, blankets bought in the Store are covered by our voluntary 100-night guarantee: if a blanket tears or its seams come apart within 100 days of delivery under normal use, the Store will replace it with a new one free of charge. The guarantee terms are described in the Refund Policy. The guarantee does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer's rights under the rules on goods that do not conform to the contract.

To request a refund, email contact@getmuslinblanket.com with your order number. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving your message, to the original payment method.

A refund under this section is not available for:

  • personalized products,
  • damage caused by the Customer,
  • requests without an order number or contact details.

8. Product exchanges

To get a product in a different color or size, just place a new order.

9. Order cancellation

  • An order can be canceled before it ships by contacting us by email.
  • After the order has shipped, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds do not include the cost of additional services, such as express shipping.

10. Unclaimed packages

  • Once the carrier confirms the package has been returned, the order value is refunded, excluding the cost of additional services.
  • This type of refund is processed within 14 days.
  • If a package is not picked up and the Customer does not contact us within 14 days, the order may be considered closed, unless a justified claim is made.

11. About reviews

The Store does not verify the authenticity of reviews published on the website. Reviews may come from Customers who bought the product, as well as from other users.

12. Personal data protection

  • The Seller is the controller of personal data.
  • Data is processed to fulfill orders and for the other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Every Customer has the right to access, correct and delete their data.
  • Details are available in the "Privacy Policy" section.

13. Final provisions

  • These Terms are available at www.getmuslinblanket.com.
  • Polish law applies to matters not covered by these Terms. This does not affect mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where the Consumer has their habitual residence.
  • If these Terms conflict with the law, the rules that apply to Consumers prevail.
  • The Customer agrees not to post unlawful content in the Store.
